How to systematically ruin your first impression

There are five moments of truth in the relationship between IT and their users:

   * Hiring
   * Support
   * Projects
   * Upgrades
   * Departure

IT departments consistently miss the opportunity to make a good impression with their users. How many times did users show up for their first day of work only to find their computers still in its boxes, or worst missing!.

We found that it takes on average one week for a user to finally get its IT equipment working. Access, passwords, printers, devices, etc. And the majority had to follow-up with IT to make sure things moved forward.
