Account planning: Managing each department as a client

Account planning is a 45 minutes webinar about managing each internal client (departments) strategically. The focus will be on identifying the needs of each departments, developing objectives and targets for their perception of IT services and changing their expectations over time.

PREREQUISITES
None.

HOW
This webinar will be presented live through GoToWebinar and will not be recorded. VoIP and toll land-line numbers will be provided for the audio. Please test your connection to the GoToWebinar platform before registering.

PARTICIPATING
We recommend that each participant have real-time access to interact with the presenter using the webinar Questions box. You can include others in your connection (such as co-workers in a conference room,) but do not share your unique link with others, as GoToWebinar will only allow one connection per unique link. If another person logs in with your unique link it will disable your access.

WHAT'S NEXT
Once your registration is complete, you will receive a unique link by email within the next few days from Citrix/GoToWebinar, with instructions on how to connect to the webinar. You will also receive a separate email from Green Elephant confirming your registration.
